Arthur P. Rush, age 68, passed away peacefully on September 12, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.

Born on February 24, 1957, to Isabel (née Conroy) and the late Arthur Rush, Arthur was a devoted father, proud grandfather, cherished brother, and loyal friend. He is survived by his beloved daughters Jennifer (Danny), Kristy (Tim), Lori Rivera (Jose), and Mandy (Dave); and his grandchildren, Annalisse Isabelle Nieves, Michael Savic, Khloe Rivera, and Vivian Rivera, who brought immense joy to his life.

Arthur is also survived by his loving sisters, Debbie Baker (Mike) and Sandie Scheall (Bob). He was preceded in death by his significant other, Sharon Mays, with whom he shared many meaningful years.

A retired truck driver, Arthur was known for his strong work ethic and love for the simple pleasures in life. He enjoyed reading, cheering for Cleveland sports teams, listening to music, watching true crime and detective shows, tending to his garden, and sharing a good laugh over comedy.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, October 6, 2025, from 3:00 – 8:00 PM at The Backyard, a local bar and grill located at, 1813 Pearl Road, Brunswick, Ohio 44212. Family and friends are invited to gather, share stories, and honor the memory of a man who was deeply loved and will be greatly missed.

Our Father kept a garden.
