Jennifer Conley, age 26, passed away on November 21, 2018. Jenny was the loving daughter of José Ortiz, Jr. and Trina Conley; beloved sister of Justin Lambert, Jessica Lambert, and Joe Conley; cherished granddaughter of José, Sr. and Maria "Sonja" Ortiz and Harold (deceased) and Alice Igo; dear niece, cousin, and friend of many.

Jennifer's final act was to give the gift of life through organ donation.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, November 26, 2018 at 12 Noon at St. Augustine Church, 2486 W. 14 Street, Cleveland, where family will receive friends from 10 AM until time of Mass at 12 Noon.

Interment Riverside Cemetery.
