PHYLLIS KIRK (nee Kaylor), aged 84, beloved wife of the late Hayward Jr.; loving mother of Hayward, III (Debbie), Donna Casteel, and Judy Fischer (Dave); cherished grandmother and great-grandmother of many; sister of the late Donald, Evelyn, and Vivian.
PRIVATE FAMILY SERVICES WILL BE HELD.
Interment West Park Cemetery.
