Roxanne Kiefer, affectionately known as Rockie or Rockstar, was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and passed away peacefully in Cleveland, Ohio, on January 19.
Roxanne was the beloved daughter of the late Emil and Barbara Kiefer. She dedicated many years of her life to her work at Morgan Linen, from which she later retired.
She was a devoted mother to Daniel Kiefer, Sr. and his wife Heidi, and a proud and loving grandmother to Natalie, Alicia, George, and Daniel II, who brought her immense joy and purpose.
Roxanne shared close and meaningful companionship with George Pilot and Joe Kershevich. She also cherished her beloved pets, Prince, her Miniature Doberman, and Meekah, her Siamese cat, who were constant sources of comfort and companionship.
She was preceded in death by her brothers, James Edward, Ronald Emil, Richard Michael, and Timothy Robert.
Roxanne is survived by her siblings: Sandra Marie Perdue, Theodore Sebastian, Andrew Martin, Alan John, Loretta Joan Nelson, Lydia Margaret White, Rose Mary Patricia Kihn, Kathy Ann, Scott Rosell, and Douglas Wayne. She is also fondly remembered by Wifey Gary, Kim Mullins, Lou Mullins, and many extended family members and dear friends.
Roxanne found joy in the simple pleasures of life—especially Starbucks coffee, with a particular fondness for anything pumpkin spice. She loved karaoke, attending concerts, spending time with her grandchildren, and faithfully cheering for her favorite teams: the Pittsburgh Steelers, Cleveland Guardians, and the Lake Erie Monsters.
Roxanne will be remembered for her love of family, her spirited personality, and the warmth she brought to those who knew her.
A Funeral Service will be celebrated on Sunday, February 8, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at St. Augustine Church located at 2486 W. 14th Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113 where a memorial visitation will take place from 1 p.m. until time of service.
